LCV's State Capacity Building Division relies solely on the generosity of individuals and foundations to support its programs. Contributions are used to help our member leagues elevate the profile of environmental politics at the state and local levels. LCV is a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation under the Internal Revenue Service code section 501(c)(4) and contributions are not tax deductible.
