The Annual Conference is an opportunity for leaders of state conservation voter leagues to exchange strategies and best practices of running a state League of Conservation Voters (LCV). Like all Federation programs, the program is based upon the assumption that colleague-to-colleague mentoring is a better way to impart knowledge than a top-down prescribed approach.
